Savory Rhubarb Contest
This year’s Savory Rhubarb Contest shone a spotlight on five Lenox restaurant chefs. Their creations demonstrated ways to include nutritious and delicious rhubarb in wonderfully unique savory cooking, from chili to tacos.
Thank you to these Lenox restaurant chefs:
And the winner, with their miniature rhubarb tacos, was Canyon Ranch Spa and Golf Resort, edging out Cranwell by one spoon!
The Eagles Trombone Ensemble
The Eagles Trombone Ensemble (10 trombones, 1 French horn, 1 tuba and drums), led by trombonist Mike Oft of Lenox Dale, played a variety of crowd-pleasing, popular tunes for an hour in the middle of the festival.
